Carpe Diem is Latin and translated into English is seize the day, which means to live in the present, seize the time and never forget the original heart. However, from the literal meaning of Latin, it is more accurate to translate it into "seize the present". Seizing every moment of the present not only means having fun in time, but also means firmly seizing the "present" for the future.
Sine metu carpe diem means to live in the present without fear (having fun in time). Many people only tattoo the second half of the sentence "have fun in time". I think living in the present is more suitable for me, and I am a fearless person. Life is short, and I have to have fun in time. This is the life attitude I have always wanted.
