Teeth are the most hard organ of human body, which not only bears the functions of cutting, biting and chewing, but also plays the role of maintaining facial appearance and assisting pronunciation.
The main components of teeth are dentin, which is covered with enamel (in the crown part) and cementum (in the root part). Besides the cementum, there is a periodontal ligament composed of fibers, which fix the teeth in the alveolar. There is pulp cavity in the center of teeth, which is full of dental pulp, and has rich blood vessels and nerves.
